Jan Pacas
CEO
Jan is a serial entrepreneur, whom co-founded and scaled two digital consumer technology businesses from zero to IPO and a private equity sale. Prior to that he led a billion-dollar P&L as CEO in a Multinational Company. Jan is a Stanford GSB alumnus and holds a Global Executive MBA from the University of Sydney.
Dr Jared Raynes
CSO
Dr. Jared is a pioneer in casein micelle research, with 12+ years of experience in dairy and protein science. He developed the first recombinant casein micelle, advancing precision fermentation. Previously, he worked at CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency. He holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and has published 15+ scientific papers.
